Lakes Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Rift valley tour with game & bird viewing drives, boat ride and maybe walking safari.

This is a mini safari focusing on activities, scenery, birdlife and wildlife.

Tour explores the great rift valley with its scenic attractions, wildlife and birdlife at the Lakes Nakuru and Naivasha

Transport is by customized pop up top minivan for ease of game viewing, sightseeing and photography.

Accommodation is in options of economy, standard or luxury lodges / tented camps depending on your tour budget.

Pop up top 4 x 4 Jeep land cruisers are provided at a supplementary cost.

• You can spend a night at Lake Naivasha instead of Lake Nakuru

• Driving times in Kenya are estimates and can vary due to road traffic and state of road

• If you choose to stay at The Pelican Lodge, Sarova Woodlands or Sentrim Elementaita, note that there shall be no re-entry at Lake Nakuru National Park on the following day.

     Lakes Nakuru & Naivasha – 2 day tour

Day Plan

Day 1:-

0700hrs:Pick up from your Nairobi hotel / Residence or Nairobi airport

Proceed to the Lake Nakuru national park with stops at scenic points along the safari route.

The scenic drive is via agricultural areas of the central highlands and great rift valley escarpment

Afternoon bird and game viewing drives around the national park and Rhino sanctuary.

Overnight at your lake Nakuru lodge.

Meal Plan: Lunch, dinner

Day 2:-

       Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha (70 kms; Approx. 2 hrs)

Bird watching and game viewing drives at the Lake Nakuru.

Proceed to the Lake Naivasha on a relaxed drive.

Early afternoon spent on a boat excursion ride where we spot small game in idyllic settings.

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch.

Later drive to Nairobi and your city hotel to arrive in the late afternoon.
