Safari tour in Kenya 6 Days stopping at wildlife parks to view the big 5, awesome Kenyan landscapes and some cultural highlights.
Tour visits Amboseli national park located at the floor of Mount Kilimanjaro, the rift valley and Lake Naivasha with a boat ride to view hippos, small game and exotic birds, guided walking safari at the Crescent Island plus a bicycle ride and hike to explore the hell’s gate national park-tour culminates at the ultimate Masai Mara game reserve.
This is a private wildlife safari trip per booking (we do not make group tour from individual bookings)
Safari accommodation is suggested in optional economy, standard or luxury safari lodges or tented camps.
This lets you chose your accommodation level option depending on your preferred safari budget or style.
Tour transport and game viewing drives are in customized pop up top safari minivan.
Tour transport and game viewing drives can also be provided in pop up top 4 x 4 Land cruiser jeep at an extra cost.

Day by day
The Itinerary
- Day1
Nairobi – Amboseli
0730 hrs: Pick up from Nairobi hotel/Nairobi airport/Residence
Depart for the Amboseli national park.
The drive is via the Nairobi -Mombasa highway and through Masai country as you head to Amboseli which lies at the floors of the mount Kilimanjaro.
Arrive Amboseli in the mid-morning.
Afternoon shall be spent on game viewing drives in search of elephant, cheetah, lion and other plains game.
The Mount Kilimanjaro in its majesty shall provide the most natural background for wildlife photography.Overnight at your Amboseli safari lodge or tented camp.
- Day2
Amboseli National Park – full day
This shall be a day of Game viewing drives, scenery viewing and even relaxation.
Day shall be spent with maximum game viewing drives spotting game and taking in the scenery.
There shall be an early morning, mid -morning and afternoon game viewing drive.
Your Amboseli accommodation shall provide relaxation, meals and other activities.
Overnight at your Amboseli safari lodge / tented camp.
NB: Only small overnight bags are allowed at the tree hotels
- Day3
Amboseli- Lake Naivasha
Proceed to the Lake Naivasha with stops to view the great rift valley
The Lake Naivasha is a fresh water lake in the rift valley
Arrive at the Lake Naivasha in time for lunch
Afternoon visit to the Hell’s gate national park to hike and explore the canyons
We shall hire bicycles and ride to the Hell’s gate as we view small game.
Overnight at your Lake Naivasha safari lodge / tented camp.
- Day4
Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara
Explore Lake Naivasha and spot exotic bird species, hippos etc on a morning boat ride.
Proceed for a guided walking safari at the Crescent Island.
Later proceed to the Masai Mara game reserve.
Arrive Masai Mara in time for an afternoon game viewing drive
Overnight at your Masai Mara safari lodge or tented camp.
- Day5
Full Day – Masai Mara
Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza!
Masai Mara Game Reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Natural world.
It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region.
The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities.We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game.
Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara river as we watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October)
Overnight shall be at our Masai Mara safari lodge/ Tented camp
- Day6
Masai Mara – Nairobi
Early pre-breakfast game viewing drive.
Extra final game drive as you exit the Masai Mara
Depart the Masai Mara for Nairobi to arrive in the late afternoon.
Finish at your Nairobi hotel or Nairobi airport.
