The Mombasa Masai Mara fly and drive group tour is an exciting and affordable wildlife experience originating from the Kenya coast.

On day one, we fly from Mombasa airport to Nairobi where you join a road safari tour group to the Masai Mara game reserve.

Safari tour is rich in diversity and brings out opportunities to view Kenya attractions and wildlife on concentrated game viewing drives.

Tour transport and unlimited game viewing drives are provided in private pop up top safari minivan.

Tour guarantees a window seat and access to the pop up top for each safari participant.

Tour theme is on great wildlife viewing, landscape and local Masai culture.

Tour returns to Nairobi airport on the late afternoon of day 3 where you catch your flight back to Mombasa airport.

At your return to Mombasa airport, we shall transfer you back to your beach hotel.

Tour accommodation is at either the Masai Mara sopa lodge or Olmoran tented camp or budget camp.

Choose your accommodation option according to your safari budget or style.

Option of a customized pop up top 4×4 land cruiser jeep is available at extra cost.

DAY 1: MOMBASA – NAIROBI – MASAI MARA (Fly & Drive) (Nairobi to Masai Mara 265kms)

Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner

Early pick up transfer from your Kenya beach resorts to Mombasa airport

0500hrs : Fly Mombasa – Nairobi on the one-hour Kenya Airways flight

0600hrs : Arrival at Nairobi airport

Met by your safari driver guide and vehicle.

0800hrs: Proceed to the Masai Mara Game Reserve on the south west of Nairobi.
The drive towards the Masai Mara is a journey via Masai country and along the floors of the Great Rift valley.

There shall be a few stops to view the fall of the great rift valley escarpment and other scenic spots.
Afternoon game viewing drive at the Masai mara.

Overnight at Mara Sopa lodge or Olmoran tented camp

     Day 2: FULL DAY – MASAI MARA

Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza!

Masai Mara Game reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the natural world. It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region.

The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities.

We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game.

You shall visit the Mara river where we watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration during the July – October months.

Overnight at Mara Sopa lodge or Olmoran tented camp

       Day 3: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI (265 kms- 5-6 hrs)

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch.

A morning wildlife viewing drive at the Masai mara.

Later depart the Masai Mara.

Proceed to Nairobi with a lunch stop along the route.

Drop off at Nairobi airport to catch your Nairobi – Mombasa flight.

1830 hrs: Fly on Kenya Airways.

1930hrs: Arrive Mombasa airport.
